Job Summary

We’re seeking a performance marketer to play a key role in realizing our vision of a world-class online investing experience. On the Marketing Team at Fundrise, you will take ownership of a critical piece of our Investor Acquisition program and ruthlessly drive results. You will take initiative and work with little supervision, but thrive on communication and constructive critique. In this role, the main focus will be on creating and executing the strategy for several of our platform advertising channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and more.  Strong skills in media buying and campaign performance reporting are mandatory.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Develop strategies to drive qualified, motivated users to Fundrise
  • Manage our platform advertising vertical, owning results from start to finish
  • Manage a budget, allocating funds strategically and effectively
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players
  • Measure and report performance, gaining insights and assessing against goals
  • Bring new ideas and competencies to the company
  • Test new platform features and optimization tools to evolve best practices around value extraction using delivery and creative as levers
  • Identify new opportunities for growth outside existing channels
     

Mandatory skills/experience:

  • 3+ years performance marketing experience
  • Proficiency using Facebook Power Editor and Google Ads
  • Proficiency driving marketing decisions with data
  • Proficiency creating and presenting campaign reports
