We’re seeking a seasoned marketer to play a key role in realizing our vision of a world-class online investing experience. A senior marketing manager at Fundrise will take ownership of a critical piece of our Investor Acquisition program and ruthlessly drive results. They will take initiative and work with little supervision, but thrive on communication and constructive critique. In this role, time will be split between direct contributions to our combined SEM/SEO function, advising on the deployment of marketing budget, driving channel manager output, and analyzing the results of our media buying program. Strong skills in performance marketing and project management are mandatory.
In this role, you will:
Lead the core operations of our media buying program by engaging channel owners, designers, product managers, and analysts to deploy our acquisition budget
Contribute directly to our SEM/SEO operations, bringing thought leadership and best practices to a critical acquisition channel
Own all process for responsible marketing budget deployment
Participate in developing team strategy, helping to balance our marketing mix across channel and medium
Drive an open ended learning agenda to constantly unlock new channels and refresh best practices to drive ever more efficient acquisition results
Contribute to the individual development of a diverse team of marketers
Coordinate the delivery of key results and learnings to Marketing and Management Team stakeholders at regular intervals
5+ years performance marketing experience
Proficiency using Google Adwords and Search Console
Proficiency driving marketing decisions with data
Track record of team leadership
