The Position:

Your mandate is simple: grow the business as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

To start, the way you will do that is by continuing to build our partnerships and affiliates advertising program. This will require you to carefully manage dozens of external relationships, uncover new channels, and develop innovative strategies for growing those channels. 

If you love growth strategy, managing relationships, and hustling to intelligently spend a lot of money, this may be the perfect role.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to drive qualified, motivated investors to Fundrise
  • Bring new ideas and competencies to the company
  • Manage our affiliates program and a slew of other partnerships, owning results from start to finish
  • Manage a large budget, allocating funds strategically and effectively
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players
  • Work with the entire company, including the executive team, to build out new initiatives and processes to help the company achieve its goals
  • Measure and report performance, gaining insights and assessing against goals

Requirements:

  • Reasonably experienced (3+ years of related experience)
  • Exceptionally organized, able to juggle many relationships and projects at once
  • Growth minded, always looking for ways to do twice as much in half the time
  • Able to drive an idea from concept to execution with very little oversight
  • A thoughtful strategist, always trying to come up with the next big idea
